Nervous about flight cancellations due to volcanic ash?
No need to be. With the Slaney Language Centre you can postpone your course without any extra charge for a full year. If you cannot find alternative dates your fees will be refunded.

International lunches and barbeques
As everybody had so much fun last year we will of course continue organising International lunches and barbeques in 2010. Don't forget your cookery books!

Again! Family Courses to be held four times in 2010
If you have a family with children aged 6 to 14, why not join one of our family courses? After the success in the last few years, we are now offering the course four times! Family courses are scheduled for Easter, July (x 2) and August. Click here for more infos on family courses.

Congratulations! 100% of last year’s FCE students passed their exam.
Course dates for the 2010 Cambridge First Certificate exam preparation course are
Monday 17 May to Friday 4 June (3 weeks) and Monday 23 August to Friday 10 September (3 weeks). We also offer eight-week evening courses.

Interested in Music, Art and Theatre?
For the third year we are now offering a course during the internationally renowned  ‘Wexford Festival Opera’. October is the best time to visit Wexford as the town is full of entertainment, high quality art and music. Opera, concerts for every taste, musicals, theatre, street entertainment, singing competitions, art exhibitions, historical tours and much more. Welcome Betty Hoellein !
Betty Hoellein from Germany is going to join our team from the 28th of June for four months. Betty stayed in Wexford last year for a couple of months and fell in love with the town, its surroundings and its people.  Betty will be doing an Internship with us and assist us with the extracurricular programme and more.
