Lisa Bartsch - Managing
Director |

Lisa
Bartsch is the Managing Director and owner of the school.
Originally from Germany, Lisa worked for some years as a
primary teacher, and visited Ireland frequently in her free
time. Eventually she decided to move here permanently and
set up the Slaney Language Centre in 1999. She and her
partner John are the proud parents of Finn who arrived in
October 2005. |

Dave O`Grady - Director of
Studies, Teacher |

B.A. (English, Maths), H. Dip in Ed., Relsa Certificate,
has got 25 years of teaching experience in secondary, computer
and language schools. He loves literature and has edited and
written magazines and teaching material. He is also interested
in music, film and current affairs. |

Anita Moloney
– Administration, Accommodation Officer |

Anita was
born and grew up in Wexford. At the age of 17 her wandering
spirit brought her to Holland. Since then she has worked and
lived in Tenerife, Dubai, Moscow and Larnaca, before returning
to Wexford in 1996. Anita has a wide experience of different
jobs in Sales and Marketing, Recruitment, Customer Relations
and Business Startups. Her great passions are family, food,
and having fun. |

Susan Doyle - Teacher |

B.A. (mod. Biochemistry), T.E.F.L.
certificate, spent two years in Australia and five years in
Japan, where she taught General and Business English to all
levels including preparing for exams. She is very interested
in alternative therapies and has studied Aromatherapy and Shiatsu. She likes to paint in
her free time. |

Emma Misiti - Teacher |

B.A. (English, French), T.E.F.L. certificate has many
years of teaching experience in Ireland and France. She is
bilingual (English and French) and also speaks a bit of
Spanish and German. |

Sinead Power
- Teacher |
|
B.A. (History, Gaelic, Music,
Heritage Studies), M.A. (Local Oral History), T.E.F.L.
Certificate. Sinead has a wide experience of teaching in
Irish secondary schools, in Gaelic Language Summer Schools and
in TEFL. She loves Irish culture, heritage and Celtic
studies, and is fluent in Gaelic, the native language of
Ireland. She also loves music and sings and plays guitar. |

B.A. (European Studies, French, Spanish), H. Dip of Ed.,
T.E.F.L. certificate, has many years of teaching experience in
language schools in Spain and Ireland including Business
English. |

Jim Shannon -
Bus Driver |

Jim
Shannon is not just a bus driver – he is a comedian, a tour
guide, a romantic actor, a teller of tall tales, and an
all-round entertainer. If you feel tired and gloomy early in
the morning, then ten minutes in Jim’s company on the bus to
the Slaney Language Centre will raise your spirits. He knows
all the interesting places and all their secret stories. If
you want to meet an authentic Irish charmer, then Jim is
your man. |
