English and Internship Programme (October to June only)

Minimum English level: Upper-Intermediate
Age group: 20 to 30
Minimum length of English course: 4 weeks
Minimum work placement: 2 weeks
Maximum work placement: 8 weeks

Students on the English and Internship Programme start with an English language course (min 4 weeks). Following this the participant will work with an Irish company (unpaid work). This programme allows students to gain practical work-experience abroad and to improve their English in fluency in a professional, English speaking work-environment.

Together with your booking confirmation we will send you a level assessment test. You will need to return the completed test to our school together with a CV, written in English.

English and wwoofing

Woud you like to stay in Ireland a bit longer and practise your language skills?
Do you like nature and animals?

Students on the English and Wwoofing project start with an English language course (min 2 weeks). Following to the course the participants will work on an Irish farm and receive accommodation in return. Wwoofing has become very popular in recent years with people who like a hands-on approach to working and learning in a natural environment. We place students with farms who are members of Wwoofing Ireland.

The organisation WWOOF (World Wide Oportunities on Organic Farms) lists organic farms in Ireland who take wwoofers for a couple of weeks.
